1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 388wan platform, accessible at 388wan.win ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with 388wan and accepting these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

388wan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified via email or an in-platform announcement. Continued use of the Platform after a notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.

These Terms apply alongside the Platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 388wan. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use a 388wan account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. 388wan is strictly an adult platform. Any person under the age of 18 is prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
  • You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, group, or entity is not permitted.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 388wan or any of its affiliates, suppliers, or technology partners.
  • You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 388wan account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Age Verification: 388wan reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be underage, all activity on the account will be voided, any deposits will be refunded, and the account will be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When registering a 388wan account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any additional information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

388wan operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You will be required to complete identity verification using your National Identity Card (CNIC) before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement and must be completed before your first withdrawal request. Verification may also be required at other points during account use, at 388wan's discretion.

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. If 388wan identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same person, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold any balances, and take further action as appropriate. If you believe your account has been created in error or you have lost access, please contact support directly.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share your login details with anyone. 388wan will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 388wan are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The Platform does not charge a fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for checking any fees with your bank or mobile wallet provider before making a deposit.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Funds deposited through any of these methods are credited to your 388wan account balance in PKR, with no currency conversion applied. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction.

  • Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • 388wan does not accept deposits that are funded by loans, credit facilities, or borrowed money.
  • If a deposit fails to credit within the expected timeframe, you should contact support with your transaction reference before attempting a second deposit.
  • 388wan reserves the right to reverse or hold deposits where fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 388wan balance are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification (CNIC). Any withdrawal request submitted before verification is completed will be held until the process is finalised.

Standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within five to fifteen minutes; Raast transfers settle in real time for enrolled accounts; bank transfers generally clear within one to three hours. 388wan does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Any fees applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside of 388wan's control.

  • Withdrawals must be sent to an account or wallet in your own name. 388wan will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of request.
  • Where a bonus has been applied to your account, withdrawal may be subject to bonus wagering requirements being met first.
  • 388wan reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal deemed to require review.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 388wan are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Placing a bet constitutes your acceptance of those specific rules as well as these general Terms. Bets are final once confirmed through the bet slip. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.

Odds on 388wan are displayed in decimal format and represent the total return per PKR staked, including your original stake. Odds are subject to change up until the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the odds at which your bet was accepted and will not be changed retrospectively unless a clear and manifest error occurred.

  • Manifest Errors: If odds are published due to a clear technical or human error, 388wan reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether they have already been settled.
  • Abandoned Events: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the result of a bet is determined, standard void rules apply and your stake is returned to your account balance.
  • Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted subject to market suspension rules. During periods of suspension, no bets can be placed. 388wan is not liable for network delays that affect the timing of an in-play bet submission.
  • Void Bets: A voided bet results in your original stake being returned. Any applicable winnings are not paid for voided selections.
  • Maximum Winnings: 388wan applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the platform rules and may vary by sport and market type.

7. Casino & Slot Games

The casino section of 388wan, which includes slot games, live dealer tables, and card games, is subject to these Terms alongside the individual game rules displayed within each game. In all cases of conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

All slot and casino game outcomes on 388wan are generated using certified random number generation (RNG) processes operated by the respective game providers. 388wan does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

  • Any malfunction of a slot or casino game voids all pays and plays associated with that malfunction session.
  • Progressive jackpot values displayed within games are indicative. Final jackpot amounts are determined by the game provider at the point of win.
  • Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific table and dealer. In the event of a technical disconnect during a live game, the hand or round may be settled according to available game data or voided, depending on the situation.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

388wan offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and apply in addition to these general Terms. It is your responsibility to read the specific terms of any promotion before participating.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on 388wan:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds, once requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal.
  • 388wan reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time. Bonuses that have already been accepted and are subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured under the terms current at the time of acceptance.
  • Any attempt to exploit or abuse a promotion — including multi-accounting, matched betting using bonus funds, or other methods — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

9. Responsible Gaming

388wan is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment intended for adults who can manage their participation within personal financial and time limits. If betting is affecting your daily life, relationships, or finances, please use the tools available on the Platform or seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased until the specified period has elapsed.
  • Session Timers: Set a visible countdown timer for your active session to help manage time spent on the Platform.
  • Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your account. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access the Platform, and no marketing communications will be sent to you.

10. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 388wan account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing account access with any third party, and logging out of shared devices after each session. 388wan recommends enabling two-factor authentication if available on your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 388wan support immediately. 388wan will take steps to secure your account upon notification. However, 388wan is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials, failed to maintain reasonable security, or where the breach occurred on a device under your control.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

388wan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that:

  • A player has breached these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
  • The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
  • The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
  • Multiple accounts have been created by the same person.
  • The player is found to be under the age of 18.
  • There is evidence of money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and there is no outstanding breach, any remaining verified balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

388wan provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, 388wan does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times and accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388wan's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 388wan is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits 388wan's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

388wan may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after a change is communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
